Can CSI prepare a garage door quote from a photo?
Photos are a useful starting point, but an exact quote may require opening measurements and a closer look at framing, clearance, track, springs, hardware, the opener, controls, and electrical needs. Include a full view of the opening and detail photos when possible.
Are the exact door styles and colors in the gallery still available?
Product lines, colors, finishes, windows, hardware, and sizes can change. Gallery images are visual references. CSI will confirm current options, construction, availability, lead time, and written specifications for the door being quoted.
Can CSI match a door shown in one of these photos?
CSI can look for a similar panel profile, finish, glass pattern, or commercial configuration. An exact match depends on the manufacturer, model, age, size, and current product availability. A field measurement is still needed to confirm fit.
What photos should I send when requesting service?
Send one photo of the full door from outside, one from inside, close views of the damaged area, the track and springs, the opener and its label, and any manufacturer or model labels. Do not stand beneath a damaged door or touch loose cables and springs to get a photo.
Does CSI publish the addresses of projects shown here?
No project address is needed to compare door styles and systems. Contact CSI directly if you want to discuss whether a similar product or configuration could suit your opening.
