Shop hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday visits are by appointment. Because field work can affect who is at the shop, calling before a special trip is a practical first step.

Call (660) 359-2277. CSI publishes 24-hour emergency service. Explain where the property is, whether the door is open or closed, and whether anyone is at risk.
Can I visit on Saturday?
Saturday visits are by appointment. Call during weekday shop hours to arrange a time before making the trip.
How will CSI use my service request?

What if I do not know which service I need?
Choose “Not sure yet” in the form or describe the symptoms by phone. CSI can help separate a spring, opener, track, section, control, or replacement question.
