About Our Company
CSI OHD,LLC (or CSI Overhead Garage Doors) is owned and operated by Joe Foster. The company recently celebrated 30 years of continuing service in both the Trenton and Chillicothe areas. Joe's wife, Lori, and son, Jason, are partners in the company. CSI has seen some changes through the years, such as the addition of partners, and a name change from Construction Specialties to CSI OHD,LLC.
The company started out in general construction, offering carpentry, plumbing, heating and cooling. As time passed, overhead garage door sales and service became an important part of the business. In filling the increasing demand for quality doors and installation, CSI found that their experience had become a service to the local communities. CSI's great service entails replacement and repair on all existing doors and operators, residential and commercial. We offer free in-home estimates and with the wide selection of overhead doors available, the company is factory certified distributors of C.H.I. Overhead Doors, Raynor, Delden, Midland, Clopay, and Wayne Dalton doors.
